The service fee covers water, electricity, gas, internet, and management fees.
The deposit is equivalent to two months of the service fee. It will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the contract.
Kudian Apartments only charges the service fee—there are no additional management or agency fees. The price is all-inclusive.
The standard rental period is from August 18th of one year to August 15th of the following year (non-negotiable).
Apartments are equipped with elevators, 24-hour security, and surveillance. All units are fully furnished, including a bed, desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, washing machine, and more.
Kudian provides high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi (just enter the password to use). Appliance breakdowns due to natural wear and tear will be repaired by the Kudian maintenance team.
A cleaning team visits weekly to clean common areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
Both the service fee and rental period are governed strictly by the contract and will not be changed arbitrarily.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Wallpaper is not recommended, as rooms must be restored to their original state upon move-out.
Kudian apartments are located close to MTR stations and major universities. Supermarkets, large shopping malls, restaurants, and markets are all nearby for your convenience.
